Every year, clubs elect an executive team that consists of a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. Many clubs will also include a Registrar, Bulletin Editor and any Directors needed. The role of the executive team is to manage the operational details of the club. The Club President also acts as the liaison between the club and the Zone Deputy Governor.

Our club often holds Tradeshows through the Kin year, usually one in Spring and one in Fall. They are open to vendors with all sorts of products, crafts and services. Admission is generally low with proceeds to charity. We have also hosted our own Bake table at our Tradeshows with all types of great gooey
